Frisco Flyers is proud to launch the NEW & IMPROVED APX Positional Skills & Performance training Clinic to all athletes who seek to build their repetitions more frequently and enhance their Athleticism for todays aspiring Volleyball Player.

The goal for our this program is to prepare our athletes to compete at the highest level.


Training Philosophy

The APX Performance Training Program is geared towards building a Volleyball players engine to produce the best results on the court through a combination of Power development & integrating fundamental skill work in each session. Each session has Bench mark movements that will allow coaches and athletes to track their progress based off of; time, number of repetitions, distant, height, etc... These measurements will allow coaches to progress each athlete accordingly during training, and take the necessary approach to enhancing the athletes attributes to perform in practice, tournaments, and outside the gym.

We see many athletes who are highly skilled, but lack the athleticism to perform certain movements at a high output.  We also see athletes who are highly athletic, but lack the fundamental skills. The question is, which athlete are you?

A Volleyball players athleticism can be the game changer in enhancing their skill development. By training to be Stronger can allow more power behind jumping higher, and hitting harder. 


Integrated Gameplay

In preparation for each athlete to train for the game, one must play the game, and develop fundamental skills necessary.  Applying fundamental skills with Power development will help each athlete understand and see the advantages of training, when running down a ball, or going up for a big swing.  The athletes with a good base of knowledge, technical skill, and athleticism stands out every time.  We want all our athletes to feel a sense of responsibility for their training, and see the benefits of implementing a proven process to enhance their growth and development as a Volleyball Player.


Who can train?

Players of all Skill level, Club, Youth league. We will divide our trainees according to their Ages, Skill level, and Experience
